Farm Bureau Health Plans

At Farm Bureau Health Plans, I worked as a lead designer supporting brand, marketing, and communications initiatives across the organization. I helped establish and implement new brand standards, including typography, photography, and icon systems, and ensured consistency across digital, print, web, social, and sponsorship materials. My work included leading creative for statewide enrollment campaigns, designing hundreds of digital and print ads, creative directing Marketing-in-a-Box templates, and guiding the visual direction of the FBHP website redesign. I also led sponsorship and event creative for partners such as the Tennessee Titans, Nashville Soccer Club, Ryman Auditorium, and University of Tennessee, created sales booklets, plan comparison tools, email campaigns, and annual reports, and produced animation for social and in-stadium use. In addition to design execution, I collaborated closely with legal, sales, compliance, marketing, and executive stakeholders, helped improve workflows, supported county offices statewide, and took on leadership responsibilities by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and mentoring junior designers
